WORKING AT REDLINE DATA

We are a medium-sized company with more than 50 employees and trainees, looking to fill the above position as soon as possible. Whether from home office or at our Ahrensbök location, thanks to our good network, team-oriented work is possible at any location.

Responsibilities :
  1. Support our customers with questions related to the use of our PATFAK applications.
  2. Carry out troubleshooting and process handling in the 2nd level area (e.g., software operation, installations, and configuration).
  3. Process and document customer inquiries and solutions in our ticket system.
  4. Support our customers remotely.
What you should bring with you :
  1. Several years of professional experience in the IT sector or in a comparable IT support role.
  2. A confident manner and customer-oriented communication skills.
  3. Service-oriented with enjoyment of telephone contact with customers.
  4. Analytical skills to solve problems effectively.
  5. Fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English.
  6. Independent, solution-oriented work style and trusting, team-oriented cooperation.
