At CORUS, we are looking for a Technical Incident Manager to join our IT Operations team on an international project.

Location :

100% remote from Spain

You will :
  1. Manage the resolution of critical IT incidents to restore services as quickly as possible.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to ensure fast, efficient, and well-communicated incident responses.
  3. Monitor and analyze system and application metrics to proactively detect, resolve, and prevent issues.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and participate in problem management activities to drive long-term improvements.
  5. Work across hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud) to ensure service reliability and performance.
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident response and operational processes.
What should have :
  1. At least 5 years of experience in technical roles related to system operations, support, or reliability.
  2. Experience in infrastructure, systems administration, or technical operations.
  3. Degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
  4. Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS or Azure).
  5. Proven experience in handling major incidents and collaborating in high-pressure environments.
  6. Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and experience with DevOps practices.
  7. A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and improve system reliability.
