Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote)

For an international organization in New York, we are urgently looking for a Full REMOTE Quality Assurance Engineer with +3 years of experience in developing UI test automation with Selenium using C#/.NET.

Work Hours: Candidates need to be willing to work at least 50% during New York business hours.

Location Requirements: Candidates must be fluent in English and reside in Europe.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Act as a QA focal point to development teams when communicating with Quality Assurance Team members.
2. Provide support for QA and related services, helping to expand and improve their effectiveness.
3. Create, execute, automate, and manage test cases and test plans for existing and new systems.
4. Support the software development process and the implementation of new software releases by testing applications using established standards.
5. Participate in the specification, design, automation, and support of computer application systems from a QA perspective.
6. Draft technical documentation, including test cases and user stories.
7. Maintain test and functional specifications for applications, programs, and procedures.
8. Draft correspondence and contribute to periodic reports.
9. Stay updated on developments in quality assurance and propose new tools or methods as appropriate.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profile and Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in software quality assurance for medium-large teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in developing test automation frameworks or automated testing suites.
• Over 3 years managing test code using Software Configuration Management and integrating testing with build tools like Azure DevOps Services.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with git source control, including branching and pull requests.
• Over 3 years of experience developing UI test automation with Selenium using C#/.NET.
• Desirable: experience with Gherkin syntax, Prince2 testing, and applications hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
