EPAM Systems in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer (3rd level) to maintain and optimize the bank's CLM system. The role focuses on operational readiness, incident management, and root-cause analysis in a hybrid work setup.

The candidate will work with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Java basics, and Linux/Unix, to ensure high availability and reliable service delivery in a mission critical environment. Strong collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders is required.

Formación

• Graduate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in Level 3 application support and banking domain is a plus.
• Strong SQL and Linux/Unix skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Level 3 application support for the CLM system within an agile organization.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analyses, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with database systems (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Use basic Java for application-level debugging and configuration review.
• Perform Linux/Unix administration tasks for logs, scripting, and operational maintenance.
• Manage Release and Product Lifecycle processes, ensuring timely and controlled deployments.
• Support system configuration, standard software parameterization, and related operational activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and process improvements to enhance system reliability.
• Provide on-call support and occasional weekend availability to handle critical issues.
