Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience with S4H, Cytric, or similar travel expense tools.
• Experience with SAP FI-AP integration with SAP HR is mandatory.
• Involvement in implementation projects is required.

We are seeking a SAP HR / FI-AP Specialist for a hybrid project based in Madrid.

Job Description

The successful candidate will define, build, deliver, and maintain finance business applications aligned with client strategies, focusing on Cytric and its integration with systems like Workday and S4H, supporting expense posting in SAP and employee payment processes.

The Finance & People Solutions team enhances business performance through process automation, supporting the client's organization with solutions that improve security, reduce costs, and elevate quality.

1. Responsibilities include:
2. Identifying automated solutions for travel and expenses end-to-end.
3. Proposing system solutions based on high-level business requirements.
4. Providing functional recommendations to process owners for standard and integrated solutions.
5. Validating detailed requirements and ensuring solutions meet expectations.
6. Analyzing impacts on existing processes and tools.
7. Defining functional specifications using standard solutions.
8. Solution Construction & Design:
9. Guiding on end-to-end impacts and providing functional support throughout development.
10. Performing SIT/UAT tests and creating user documentation.
11. Leading analysis and design tasks to ensure solutions meet business needs.
12. Providing technical support, quality control, and architecture guidance.
13. Coordinating integration and performance testing.
14. Validating technical requirements and supporting software implementation.
15. Ensuring timely delivery and user adoption.
16. Solution Maintenance & Support:
17. Providing application support and proposing enhancements.
18. Resource Management:
19. Managing activities and workload of the technical/functional team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience with S4H, Cytric, or similar travel expense tools, including involvement in implementation projects.
• Experience with Cytric or comparable expenses/travel tools (e.g., Concur, Coupa).
• Knowledge of corporate support functions.
• Experience with SAP TME full cycle, SAP HR, and SAP FI-AP, with mandatory experience in SAP FI-AP integration with SAP HR.
• Experience working with external teams.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting.
