This team was established at the beginning of 2025 to address high customer demand in CX and UI improvement. Team members will be responsible for building and scaling an effective, growth-focused organization that influences Dynatrace's 5000+ customer base. The role requires technical experience in front-end or UI engineering practices and the ability to drive sales opportunities as a specialist within the core account team.

As a Dynatrace Digital Experience Monitoring - Solutions Engineer, you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for : 1) providing excellent technical support to customers evaluating Dynatrace solutions; 2) discovering new opportunities for DEM utilization within existing accounts and increasing consumption by partnering with sales teams; 3) creating scalable content for internal and external thought leadership; and 4) leveraging customer feedback to influence product features. You will be an expert in Dynatrace, observability, Digital Experience Monitoring, and Business Analytics. Your responsibilities include executing impactful demos, managing POCs both onsite and remote, building customer relationships, and completing RFIs & RFPs. You will collaborate with development, consulting, and marketing teams.

About you : To succeed as a Solutions Engineer at Dynatrace, you should be ambitious, confident, self-motivated, with experience delivering value in a technical role—either in a previous company or in a Sales Engineering-like position. Passion for innovative technology, technical sales, and articulating value to customers is essential.

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital experience monitoring tools such as Catchpoint, GlassBox, Quantum Metric, Full Story, Blue Triangle, ContentSquare, AppDynamics, DataDog, or New Relic.

Preferred Requirements :

• Experience with instrumenting, configuring, and customizing real user monitoring agents for web and mobile apps.
• Experience with query languages or BI tools to analyze RUM data.
• Experience with session-replay tools.
• Experience with mobile frameworks such as Cordova, Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, or .NET Maui.
• Experience with tag management tools like Google Tag Manager or Adobe Experience Manager / Cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with modern technologies like containers, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Serverless, and CI / CD pipelines.
