The Production Security Services & Solutions (P3S) Coordinator works within the Swiss IT Production department, supporting the Production Security team.

As the P3S Coordinator, you will facilitate transversal business-as-usual activities, coordinate efforts under the guidance of Production Security leaders, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Your responsibilities include managing the Production Security roadmap and other related roadmaps, updating stakeholders and management on changes, and consolidating progress on activities like remediation plans, Risk Cards, and audits.

You will organize meetings, provide reports, and serve as a single point of contact for coordinating business-as-usual activities within the team. This role does not involve on-call duties.

Key responsibilities include :

• Managing multiple assignments from the Head of Production Security.
• Building task lists to achieve assignment objectives.
• Ensuring tasks are assigned to the appropriate engineers.
• Coordinating initiatives in line with BNP Paribas Corporate Security policies.
• Tracking progress and verifying results using various tools.
• Reporting cybersecurity metrics, risks, and compliance status to stakeholders.
• Maintaining production process adherence and quality standards.

Minimum requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+).
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security operations.
• French language skills are advantageous.

Skills required :

• Mastery of IT Security Operations and Cybersecurity.
• Expertise in frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and security governance.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, explain changes, develop processes, and set performance indicators.
