Role : Sales Executive - IIoT and DataOps software for Industrial clients, Utilities and IPPs

About the role :

As a Sales Executive, reporting to the Head of Strategy, your primary mission will be to drive business growth by identifying and engaging new prospects, nurturing relationships, and managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment between client needs and N3uron’s solutions. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing :

  1. Business Development :
  2. Identify and engage new industrial clients, utilities, and IPPs to expand N3uron’s customer base.
  3. Create and deliver tailored value propositions to demonstrate how N3uron’s solutions meet client-specific needs.
  4. Lead negotiations, manage contract processes, and close significant licensing agreements with industrial and utility-scale clients.
  5. Conduct detailed needs analyses to align N3uron’s offerings with customer objectives.
  6. Key Account Management :
  7. Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with existing customers.
  8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional N3uron modules and solutions.
  9. Internal Collaboration :
  10. Work closely with N3uron’s technical and product teams to ensure alignment between client needs and solution capabilities.
  11. Provide market insights and feedback for continuous product enhancement.

What We're Looking For :

  1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development within the IIoT, industrial software, SCADA, or automation sectors.
  2. Solid understanding of the industrial sector, including SCADA systems, operational technology (OT), and data-management solutions.
  3. Proficiency in English at a professional level.
  4. Proven ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with decision-makers in industrial environments.
  5. Strong technical acumen to effectively communicate N3uron’s value proposition.
  6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  7. Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications :

  1. Existing client portfolio within utilities, IPPs, or industrial companies.
  2. Technical background or experience with SCADA software, familiarity with N3uron software is a plus.
