Formación

What experience do I need?

Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but what matters most is your ability to inspire and lead a team. Lead by example, demonstrate what great looks like, and earn respect at all levels. Be commercially aware, prioritize customer satisfaction, and take responsibility for the store’s Profit & Loss.

To succeed, you will have
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
