We are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing 'Go-to-Market Dream Team' in Lisbon. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving our next phase of growth and impact.

What you'll be doing :

As part of scaling Sama, your success begins with new business development. Be prepared to act as the CEO of your territory — from prospecting, meetings, negotiations, to closing deals.

You will own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Must Haves :
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive
  • At least 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling directly to HR / L&D departments
  • Proven success in 360-degree sales, from sourcing to closing
  • Experience selling to US, UK, or Ireland markets
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Fluent and articulate in English, both verbal and written
