Job duties and responsibilities:

Our Sales Manager works to identify, contact, and close relationships with prospective merchants. Their primary focus is in the iGaming, gambling, forex, and crypto verticals. They are expected to have an existing network that can bring business into PayRetailers. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Business Development: Experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and meeting sales targets.
  2. Driving deals from concept to contract signature and integration.
  3. Owning the full sales cycle.
  4. Partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech Support, Compliance, Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities.
  5. Market Insight: Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Payments, particularly in Gambling, iGaming, or Forex industries, is a MUST.
  • Experience as a sales executive in Enterprise solutions, involving cross-border stakeholders, legal, and compliance considerations, through long sales cycles, is a MUST.
  • Experience working with robust data in a data-driven environment will be highly regarded.
  • Proven track record in managing top-tier accounts.
  • Self-motivated with strong sales acumen.
  • Fluent/advanced in English (written and spoken).
  • Salesforce experience is a strong plus.

Will be considered a plus: Fluent/advanced in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
