We are seeking a digitally savvy and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our customer acquisition and revenue generation efforts. You will be a key player in developing and executing innovative Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, nurturing leads through our extended sales cycle, and driving deeper engagement with our existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of ABM principles, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

Only applicants who are based in Barcelona and hold a valid work permit for Spain will be considered.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement ABM strategies: Identify and target key accounts, create personalized campaigns, and leverage channels (LinkedIn, email, website, social media, content, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions.
  2. Orchestrate nurturing campaigns: Design and execute sophisticated lead nurturing campaigns for prospects and existing clients, ensuring consistent communication throughout our sales cycle.
  3. Collaborate on content strategy: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports ABM initiatives.
  4. Drive customer advocacy: Increase adoption and engagement among our existing clients, turning them into loyal advocates for Flexidao.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance: Track key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and use data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  6. Manage marketing budget and resources: Allocate resources effectively across ABM initiatives and track spending to meet growth objectives.
  7. Stay ahead of the curve: Research and implement latest ABM best practices, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Must-haves
  • Proven experience: 3+ years in growth marketing or similar roles, with a focus on ABM and lead nurturing.
  • Digital expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, and content marketing.
  • ABM proficiency: Experience in planning and executing successful ABM campaigns, including account targeting, personalized messaging, and multi-channel engagement.
  • Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills, experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), A/B testing, and data analysis tools (Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills in English.
  • Collaborative spirit: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.

Nice-to-have: Experience in the clean energy or sustainability sector; familiarity with other CRM and analytics tools like Google Analytics; experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
