Alerion Technologies is seeking a Sales & Business development professional to help manage and grow our existing client relationships in the Spanish market, focusing on both onshore and offshore sectors. Sales & Account Manager (Spain)

Responsibilities

Location: Spain (On-Site)

  • Execute sales and account management strategy for the Spanish market
  • Drive sales growth and manage key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Spanish market
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Follow and achieve KPIs to track sales performance and account management success

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish; having proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally in technology, industrial, or renewable energy sectors
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Knowledge of wind energy, drone technology, or industrial inspections is a plus
  • On-site presence required – must be based in Spain and available for in-person meetings
  • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to follow and meet KPIs while ensuring high performance

Business Development Manager

Location: Flexible / Remote

  • Execute a pre-defined international business development strategy
  • Expand Alerion’s presence in international markets
  • Develop strategic partnerships
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Represent Alerion at industry events and client meetings
  • Follow and achieve KPIs to measure business development success

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
  • Experience in international business development, preferably in the wind energy, drone, or industrial services sectors
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and capability to develop global partnerships
  • Ability to manage long-term client relationships effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Capacity to monitor and achieve KPIs while ensuring growth targets are met
