Experienced Marine Insurance Broker with an established book of business seeking to increase financial earnings?

Would you like to represent a reputable broker with unique binders and facilities with Lloyd's Underwriters (Small Commercial Craft, Marine Trades, Marine War, Yachts)?

A family-run, specialty Marine Insurance Broker with offices across Continental Europe is looking to expand their team, with an opportunity based in Spain (Remote).

The company :

• Specialists in brown and blue water insurance markets, with expertise in H&M, P&I, Marine War, and Yacht / Small Commercial Craft Insurance. They maintain strong relationships with Underwriters across Europe, including Lloyd's / London market facilities.
• You will join a family-run business that values ideas and input, becoming an integral part of a collaborative team to drive company growth.

The role / offer :

• As a Marine Insurance Broker / Producer, you will build relationships with new prospects, network with local insurance brokers and agencies, and generate referrals from existing clients.
• You will work with a support team handling administrative tasks to ensure high-quality client service annually.
• The compensation package includes an attractive base salary plus a commission structure (up to 2.5% of new business premium written).
• To qualify, you should be an experienced, well-connected Marine Insurance Broker with a track record of developing new business, with exposure to Yacht, Hull & Machinery, P&I, or Commercial Craft Insurance, and enjoy working in a close-knit team.
