Eurofragance SLU seeks a Logistics Trainee to support their import and export operations from Barcelona. This role includes managing shipment processes, working closely with customers and warehouse teams, and learning about international logistics in a dynamic growth environment. Candidates should have a background in International Trade or Supply Chain, and proficiency in Excel is essential.

As a Logistics Trainee, you'll be at the heart of our import / export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shipment processes while learning the ins and outs of international logistics in a leading fragrance company.
You'll have the opportunity to manage transport operations, coordinating shipments across Europe (road) and globally (sea / air).
to ensure compliance with international regulations.
Assist the logistics team with daily tasks such as courier orders, label printing, and document processing.
Work closely with our customers and warehouse teams to align on delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipments.
Handle invoicing procedures, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and cash against documents.
Report creation and analysis of carrier's performance and freight cost control
International Trade, Supply Chain, International Business or Business administration
Advanced office tools knowledge. Excellent skills in Excel
Experience working with SAP is valuable (not a must)
