Do you have financial leadership experience in a SaaS environment, a proven track record in M&A, and strong investor reporting skills? Our client is a fast-growing HR Tech SaaS scale-up on an exciting international expansion journey. We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy through this next phase of growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading M&A transactions (due diligence, financial modeling, post-merger integration).
• Experience negotiating and managing debt financing.
• Solid track record in reporting to private equity or VC funds.
• Fluent English (C1+); lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
