Main responsibilities :
- Deal with the allocations of clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of the sales deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
- Organize and prepare agents for viewings and work together with international agents to ensure a high level of product knowledge.
- Set up performance goals and KPIs for the team, track results and activity, and monitor the efficiency of the sales agents.
- Ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled with the expected frequency: monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Manage all members of the team, mentor, train, and coach agents to develop at the individual level and achieve positive results at all levels.
- Serve as a point of contact for the department, maintaining high customer service standards and effectively representing the brand.
- Assist agents with the sales process and actively participate whenever complications may occur that could affect the completion of sales, providing creative sales and closing solutions.
- Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
- Assist in the hiring process of commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Specific knowledge of Jávea’s key areas, surroundings, and international clients.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
- Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and driven to achieve top results.
- Financially results-oriented and capable of working in an international team.
- Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Organized, flexible, hands-on, and prepared to work flexible hours.
