Position: SAP Business Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.

What are we looking for?

A SAP Business Consultant with experience in SAP MM, FI, and Fiori to join the Business Solutions North America Team.

Role Responsibilities

• Optimizing and supporting cbFC (common basic finance and controlling) processes across North America, acting as a bridge between business users and the 3rd level support team in Germany.
• Implementing new functionalities and improving existing processes.
• Managing interfaces like EDI820 and processes such as goods movements.
• Managing SAP Fiori workflows and approvals to enhance user experience on mobile and desktop.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in finance and accounting, including international experience.
• Experience in business requirement documentation, interfaces definition & testing, stakeholder management.
• At least 5+ years of experience in SAP FI/MM.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Fiori.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Proactive, organized, capable of managing projects and providing solutions.
• Focus on continuous process and system improvement.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to interpret technical needs and resolve issues.
• Conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in teams and autonomously.

Languages and Schedule

This is a FULL REMOTE position (flexible to travel to Madrid occasionally). Working hours are aligned with North American time zones: Monday and Thursday 9:30-18:30, Tuesday and Wednesday 12:00-21:00, Friday 8:00-14:00 or 9:30-15:30.
