Your role

We are looking for a VP of Finance to join our team. You will lead the finance team, monitor the company’s financial performance, and implement plans to ensure long-term profitability and growth.

The VP of Finance is responsible for defining the overall financial strategy, managing investor relations, optimizing long-term profitability, and leading the entire finance team.

Your Journey

1. Provide financial analysis and regular reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and stakeholders.
2. Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
3. Align financial objectives with overall business strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
4. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
5. Identify and implement process improvements for financial reporting and forecasting accuracy.
6. Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and liquidity planning.
7. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
8. Develop and enforce policies for financial compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Oversee internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
10. Identify and manage financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.
11. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
12. Support operational decision-making with financial insights and analysis.
13. Optimize cost structures and improve financial performance across departments.
14. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring transparent communication.

What do we need you to bring on this trip?

1. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economy, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Finance operations management or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
4. Languages: Fluency in English & Spanish (other languages a plus).
