We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to defined timelines and budgets
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and risk mitigation
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring quality standards are met
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and reporting
• Foster a collaborative environment and manage vendor and third-party relationships as needed
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and PMO standards
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Proven ability to manage large and complex projects across multiple departments
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and / or Waterfall methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience working in (specific industry : e.g., IT, Finance, Healthcare, Construction, SAP, etc.)
• Familiarity with budgeting tools and financial forecasting
