Join our global TUI Musement People Services Team based in either France, Greece, or Spain as an HR Administrator for People Services.

This role is offered as maternity cover on a temporary basis from June 1st to November 30th and can be done from France, Greece, or Spain. Fluency in French is required.

About The Job

  • Accurate processing of employee data and payroll (outsourced), including data entry, validation, and reporting in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing employment documentation, managing forms, and generating reports.
  • Administer candidates’ right-to-work documentation and manage pre-hiring processes, including offers and onboarding.
  • Process new hires and terminations in HR systems and ensure timely communication with local authorities.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
  • Participate in process improvement activities and propose ideas to streamline document handling and information gathering.
  • Support globalization initiatives in People Services and collaborate on best practices with international colleagues.
  • Contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR administrative processes.

About You

  • Prior experience in an administrative role with payroll preparation is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle and analyze large datasets with accuracy.
  • Demonstrates high integrity and confidentiality in handling HR information.
  • Proactive problem-solver, comfortable embracing and supporting change.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a team and autonomously when needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English (both verbal and written).
