Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute cross-functional projects across various business units and value streams.
2. Collaborate with internal and external partners to leverage expertise and address key priorities, delivering measurable results.
3. Identify and mitigate risks, actively addressing project challenges.
4. Define mitigation strategies and ensure projects are completed efficiently, meeting quality and timeline expectations.
5. Support the business by analyzing and improving existing processes, promoting lean methods for quicker, transparent, and data-driven decision-making.
6. Organize and deliver targeted training sessions on Project Management or Lean methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
7. Navigate company culture, political dynamics, and stakeholder priorities effectively.
8. Analyze, interpret, and utilize data to drive digital transformation projects.

Qualifications:

1. A professional degree in Engineering or Business, with 0–3 years of experience.
2. Proven success in delivering projects with tangible results.
3. Strong analytical, conceptual, and methodical thinking skills.
4. Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as Lean, Six Sigma (LSS), or Agile methodologies.
5. Excellent project management skills for handling complex initiatives.
6. Experience managing negotiations and communicating effectively with senior management.
7. Knowledge of core value streams like Lean & PGP Production, Strategy & Business Processes, or Bulk Production & Delivery, or expertise in Business Development.
8. Ability to drive change proactively and improve processes and outcomes.
9. Comfortable working in dynamic environments, adaptable and resilient.
10. Willingness to travel as needed.
11. Hands-on problem solver committed to project success.
12. Fluent in German and English.
