Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Rider Support Associate Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This role involves designing and improving the rider support experience within our global live operations team. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless support process for our couriers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and define new project opportunities based on departmental needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop creative workarounds and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to motivate and involve them in projects.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and beneficial across hubs and departments.
• Optimize support experiences for couriers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic insights into actionable projects.
• Problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Data analysis skills and decision-making based on insights.

Preferred Skills

• Coding knowledge (YAML/Python) and tech-savviness.
• International experience or studies.
• Experience in operations or customer support.
