• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product merchandising, specifically within the womenswear category. At least 5 years.
• Deep knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of womenswear trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in retail math and financial analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
