We are hiring a passionate and curious thinker who can analyze various data sources and transform them into relevant insights. This person will explore new growth opportunities in the Iberia and Italy markets, including Spain (established Own Distribution), Italy (establishing), and Portugal (third-party model distribution).

It is an exciting opportunity to work with iconic brands such as Jack Daniel’s, Gin Mare, Diplomatico rum, our Tequila portfolio, and emerging brands.

Meaningful Work From Day One

The Sr. Insight Analyst will influence company behavior through marketing mix elements by identifying insights from data, conducting studies, and developing reports. This role involves analyzing multi-channel trends, supporting marketing, trade marketing, and sales teams, and building a reputation as an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented company.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days in the office per week.

What You Can Expect

1. Provide actionable insights to improve brand building and sales campaigns.
2. Assist in preparing Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews.
3. Develop strong brand arguments based on data to enhance recommendations.
4. Co-lead consumer research projects aligned with business questions.
5. Support Test & Learn initiatives across the business.

Insight and Trends

1. Create and develop insightful reports using market data.
2. Support the creation of insight strategies for Iberia and Italy.
3. Identify opportunities and threats based on syndicated market data.
4. Manage retail data sources to maximize data investment.
5. Participate in strategy sessions for Iberia & Italy.

Time Allocation : Italy 50%, Iberia 50% (45% Spain, 5% Portugal)

What You Bring to the Table

• 6+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in data analysis and research tools.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Independent work ethic and curiosity-driven analysis.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and listening skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to simplify complex reports for non-analytical audiences.
• Strong business acumen and strategic judgment.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish is highly preferred.
