The role
Under the supervision and guidance of her / his primary Community of Practice Lead and Head of Office of the CIO, Head of Stream / Head of Platforms based in Switzerland, the IT Program Manager manages a program to ensure it delivers the expected Business case to the Business partner, on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality. This may involve clearly defined upfront goals or require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery, and change management (agile program management).
Adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies, the manager is responsible for structuring the program, planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing it, ensuring quality and integrity of information across the enterprise. They are accountable for the execution of project components.
The role includes managing program-level risks, quality, and procurement; leading the program team, and being the direct report for program-level resources responsible for executing assigned tasks. This includes project managers of projects within the program across Zones / Businesses.
