Descripción del trabajo As our Legal Counsel, you will be at the forefront of managing a wide range of legal functions, from incorporating new entities and supporting ongoing compliance to negotiating agreements and overseeing the liquidation process. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless operations and mitigate legal risks. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving our company's legal strategies forward.
What will you do?
Manage the incorporation of new legal entities, such as selecting service providers, negotiating agreements, defining their tasks, signing agreements, and overseeing their performance.
Support ongoing company's legal entities (update licenses, renew companies' incorporation documents).
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors and suppliers.
Draft notices and handle dispute resolution.
Prepare and submit legal claims.
Lead and oversee the process of company liquidation, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Participate in restructuring the current group structure.
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and practices impacting the work and the company's business.
Prepare and update required reports for stakeholders.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Who you are :
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
2-3 years of relevant experience in an in-house legal team or law firm.
Experience in the incorporation of legal entities in different jurisdictions.
Experience dealing with banks and payment systems is a plus.
Languages : English (at least C1).
Self-starter and self-motivated, with a passion to learn and grow.
Proactive and attentive to details.
Ability to identify issues, legal risks, and potential liabilities.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
