Una empresa líder en el sector de energía eólica busca un Técnico Logístico Junior para unirse a su equipo de Cadena de Suministro. Este rol implica coordinar y optimizar procesos logísticos, asegurando la calidad del servicio y el cumplimiento de los plazos. Se requiere experiencia en logística industrial y un enfoque proactivo y flexible. La posición está basada en Madrid y puede implicar viajes nacionales e internacionales.

Formación

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en logística en el sector industrial o pesado.
• Conocimientos específicos en transporte internacional y procedimientos aduaneros.
• Fluidez en inglés y español (mínimo nivel B2); conocimiento de polaco es valorado.

We are a leading company in the wind energy sector with over ten years of experience and 18 factories across 9 countries. We supply high-quality towers and flanges for wind turbine manufacturing worldwide through our three main business lines :

• Offshore towers
• Offshore flanges
• Medium and large-sized components for wind energy farms

LOGISTICS TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a Junior Logistics Technician to join our Corporate Supply Chain Department, reporting to the Purchasing & Logistics Director.

The Junior Logistics Technician will support the Purchasing & Logistics team by coordinating and optimizing logistics processes to enhance service quality, prevent damages, and meet lead times.

Responsibilities include :

• Monitoring, reviewing, and implementing logistics procedures
• Supporting the implementation of logistics technology
• Managing logistics for transportation of supplies and final products
• Providing logistics costs to the Commercial Department
• Conducting logistics analysis to reduce operational costs and identify process improvements
• Supporting area management in defining, monitoring, and controlling logistics KPIs, and liaising with factories regarding deviations
• Following up on material delivery schedules under incoterm conditions
• Assisting with customs and tax issues, including anti-dumping regulations and logistics documentation
• Assessing current projects and future developments to inform strategic logistics decisions, evaluating risks and opportunities

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of logistics experience in the industrial or heavy industry sector
• Experience with oversized cargo, heavy structures, and international transport is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in International Business
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management is a plus
• Specific knowledge in international transport, oversized cargo, and customs procedures
• Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level); knowledge of Polish is highly valued
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented

Contract and Mobility

• Permanent contract
• Position based at our headquarters in Madrid
• Open to national and international travel, following company travel policies
