We are seeking a results-driven Iberia Software Sales Account Manager to focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business within existing customer accounts and acquiring new clients. You will serve as the primary liaison between Quest Software and 10 targeted accounts, as well as managing key verticals for sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of Quest’s Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Iberia market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business cross-selling.
  3. Drive adoption and expansion of Quest’s solutions through consultative selling.
  4. Understand clients' business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies.
  5. Analyze market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities within your customer base.
  6. Collaborate with internal technical and services teams to meet client requirements.
  7. Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends for product development and marketing.
  8. Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and strategic account objectives (Company goal: AOP +20%).
  9. Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales forecasts and account development.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in the data management, software, or IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to develop a region quickly using past experience and networks.
  • Ability to create and execute territory plans and monitor progress.
  • Experience developing relationships with local partners and defining strategic action plans.
  • Understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements.
  • Experience managing complex sales involving large companies and multiple products across BUs.
  • Territory/regional account management skills, including planning and forecasting.
  • Ability to execute sales and marketing activities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
