Senior Architect Wireless Connectivity & IT / OT Integration (m / f / d)

Due to constant growth, we are looking for a Project Manager Officer (PMO) to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design & Lead the Project PMO Team according to the Portfolio phases.
• Set up portfolio and project governance frameworks, including: Meeting landscape, Reporting standards, Operating models, RACI definitions, Stakeholder management, Auditing and standard process definitions.
• Lead Project Management topics including Stakeholder Management of internal and external partners.
• Monitor project key performance indicators and provide project progress overview in close collaboration and interlinkage between technical and operations team.
• Ownership of Project Risk and Change Management Process.
• Address ongoing project issues through coordinating communication between project core team, headquarter staff, external contractors, etc.
• Oversee and challenge project schedule and costs.
• Assure consistency of technical, operational and transformation schedules.
• Assure linking technical project activities with operational, organizational and business readiness.

Requirements:

• 10 years of PMO experience in Project or Program Management within complex and dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Pharmaceutical Engineering background will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English (at least B2 / C1 level).
• Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills.

Location: Madrid, Spain (the candidate could also be based in Barcelona, but we need 3 days of presence in Madrid).
