We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for a strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiative aligned with FY25 objectives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a security-critical environment by collaborating with global stakeholders and enhancing compliance standards across a large organization.

  1. Responsibilities include:
  2. Engaging with stakeholders to capture and formalize business, functional, and non-functional requirements for IAM systems.
  3. Identifying and assessing security risks, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
  4. Providing optimization suggestions aligned with business needs.
  5. Defining and implementing governance structures and IAM policies, including role-based access control (RBAC).
  6. Serving as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with enterprise goals.
  7. Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and audit logs.
  8. Organizing and conducting training workshops and knowledge sessions to facilitate IAM system adoption.
  9. Creating and executing testing strategies, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting SIT and UAT processes.
Minimum requirements include:
  1. 8–10 years of IAM-related experience, with expertise in platforms such as One Identity Manager, Oracle, Microsoft, or SailPoint considered highly advantageous.
  2. A proven track record in gathering and translating business and technical requirements.
  3. Solid understanding of information security frameworks and compliance mandates.
  4. Experience performing risk assessments related to access control and identity.
  5. Practical knowledge of IAM platforms like One Identity Manager, Oracle, Microsoft, or SailPoint.
  6. Expertise in RBAC, policy formulation, and IAM governance.
  7. Hands-on experience in test planning and participation in SIT / UAT cycles.
