About the Role

We are opening a new property in Málaga in July 2025 and are seeking Front Desk Hospitality Agents. This role is ideal for those who enjoy guest interaction, creative problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service. As the face of Sonder, you'll create memorable guest experiences and ensure high satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Be the welcoming face of Sonder, collaborating with team members to leave a positive first impression on guests and partners.
  2. Guide guests through the technology-rich Sonder experience, maximizing their engagement with our app and self-service features.
  3. Communicate effectively with guests both in person and digitally, anticipating and addressing their needs for a seamless stay.
  4. Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving issues and accommodating requests whenever possible.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
  6. Support back-of-house operations, including quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance or tech issues; support multiple properties as needed.
  7. Assist market leadership with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality roles.
  2. Personable, service-oriented, and positive attitude.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive guest service approach.
  4. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  5. Organized, diligent, and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Flexible schedule, willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  8. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  9. Reliable smartphone for work purposes (expenses reimbursed).
