Job Description: (Interim) IT Assistant

NTU International is a leading consulting firm specializing in programme management and advisory services for development projects worldwide. With nearly three decades of experience, NTU delivers sustainable projects across engineering, policy, economics, and social sectors.

We are building a pool of qualified professionals interested in the role of (Interim) IT Assistant to support Frontex, an EU Institution based in Poland, which is a prospective client of NTU. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and tech-savvy, providing temporary support for IT systems and services in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the administration of various IT systems.
  2. Help consolidate access management services across different IT platforms.
  3. Process and monitor IT-related requests to support internal workflows.
  4. Support end-user testing of specific IT systems.
  5. Maintain and update data and databases.
  6. Assist in preparing and following up on IT reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in IT support or administration, preferably within an EU institution or similar organization.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and user management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing technical information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with common IT tools.
  • Knowledge of EU working procedures and languages (English required; additional EU languages are assets).
