What we are looking for

The job of

  • Front Office Agent

is successfully executed when :

  • All front office-related duties are done in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Up-selling is focused on and executed in order to increase room revenues.
  • Shift closing is done properly.
  • Financial Policies and Procedures are supported and followed.
  • Ensures that energy and material saving policies are followed and waste is recycled.
  • Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect the operation of the hotel and guest well-being.
Usual job responsibilities include

Checking in and checking out hotel guests in a friendly and caring manner according to 7Pines Resort Ibiza standards. Displaying a professional and positive image of the hotel, as they play a crucial role in the first and last impression the guest receives. Proper day-end closing, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests, using suggestive selling techniques, answering guest requests and questions, and coordinating with housekeeping are key responsibilities. Keeping informed of product, service knowledge, and hotel activities is also essential.
