• 5+ years of experience in SAP PM/QM projects with at least 2 implementations.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Experienced SAP PM/QM adept at leading cross-functional teams, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timeline defined. Proven track record of driving efficiency and innovation in SAP projects, with a focus on maximizing business value and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the IT Delivery Service Manager, you will contribute significantly to the exciting digitalization journey facilitating knowledge, processes, and technology within an environment of efficiency, growth, and innovation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coordinate and execute the projects assigned to him/her. Support group companies to optimize their management and decision making.
• Participate in the design of project execution strategies, architectures, and planning.
• Work with the different Project Managers and Key Users.
• Support configurations and assist in functional change requests.
• Participate in the implementation of new solutions.
• Train internal business units.
• Deal with the internal customer with a close, honest, and differential approach.
• Contact key users and Business Partners to analyze needs and define SAP solutions in the field of Quality and Plant Maintenance, participating in all phases of the project life cycle.
• Collaborate with the business in the implementation of S/4HANA, as an active member of IT, being the bridge between the business and the implementer in the different SAP roll-outs in the different companies of the group.
• Ensure a global, homogeneous, and scalable system to the different business units and companies.
• Keep up to date with the improvements introduced in the SAP standard product in the affected functionalities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in SAP PM/QM projects, being responsible in at least 2 implementation projects.
• Experience in S/4 will be an asset.
• PMP or Prince certification would be an asset.
• Fluent English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
• Person with initiative, willingness to learn, share knowledge and feel part of a growing team, with ability to propose solutions and process improvements, proactive in daily work, high motivation, dedication and commitment, good oral and written communication skills.
