Independent M&A Advisory Role for Senior Executives

We are seeking C-level executives with extensive senior management experience, industry expertise, and a desire to become M&A Advisors within their sector. ONEtoONE welcomes these professionals, offering comprehensive M&A training and full support from investment bankers, analysts, search teams, and other resources to facilitate successful deal execution.

Role of Senior Advisors

Senior Advisors collaborate with investment bankers and share fees equally (50%-50%). They utilize our M&A tools, global brand, worldwide network, and back-office support—including deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, IT, and other specialists—dedicated to deal generation.

Senior Advisors increase their income by creating and participating in deals and collaborating with a global team of M&A professionals.

Candidate Profile

• Over 15 years of experience as a senior executive
• Expertise in finance and accounting
• Excellent command of English
