SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - Remote / Europe

SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing clients in a progressive and innovative international team on a 6+ months contract in Europe. The position is fully remote.

Desirable Skills and Experience :

8-10 years of experience of HCM Payroll across geographies

Knowledge of payroll legislation and award structures in Government

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP HR in the following areas.

Organizational Management

Payroll (preferably Germany / Luxembourg)

Time Management

Personal Administration

Exposure to HR to Fi / Co integration

Exposure to ESS / MSS / Portal

Experience with Integrated HR and Rostering Solutions

Able to understand the user issues functionally & resolve the queries based on implemented process

These skills should include experience in formulation, documenting and implementing functional and technical specifications, including :

Good written and oral communication skills

Good knowledge of current technical trends, including systems integration, and service-oriented architecture.
