In this role, you will manage the recruitment process for senior-level positions across Iberia, Benelux, and Nordics, collaborating with key executives and leading a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in executive recruitment and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

At Robert Walters, we are seeking an Senior Executive Talent Acquisition professional for a distinguished international technology company. Based in Barcelona, you will work with the businesses in Iberia, Benelux, and Nordics.

In this crucial role, you will lead the interaction and evaluation of candidates for senior-level positions, becoming an advisor to both internal clients and candidates. You will collaborate closely with General Managers, Directors, and Principals, driving impactful searches that help major global organizations thrive.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment and selection process for executive-level profiles across the associated countries (Iberia, Benelux, Nordics). You will use headhunting methodologies based on thorough market analysis and research specific to each position.
  • Leading proactive communication and meetings with potential candidates aligned with the core business to establish and maintain an executive talent pool.
  • Providing contact and advisory services to the company’s strategic executive figures : General Managers, Directors, and Managers. You will need to understand their needs and create tailored solutions and strategies.
  • Developing and analyzing the area’s KPIs.
  • Coordinating and leading a team of 2 Recruiters, promoting effective results and professional growth.
  • Representing the company at key events such as business schools, forums, and other networking occasions to strengthen the brand’s positioning.

Requirements to succeed in this role :

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading executive recruitment processes.
  • Outstanding communication, impact, and influence skills, as well as a solid strategic vision, to engage daily with the company’s most strategic figures.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Bilingual English proficiency, as your daily activities will primarily be conducted in this language.
