About the role:

As the HR Operations Senior Specialist, you will lead HR operations BPO services for our new SAP MPS and BPO service organization. This includes ensuring high-quality operational support across HR areas such as time management, benefits, pensions, insurances, and garnishments. You will coordinate service delivery, ensure seamless task execution, and provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence, define and establish global and local processes, and support the design and implementation of payroll and HR standards. Continuous improvement, process assessment, and development of operational documentation are key aspects of this role.

You will also contribute to local and country-specific operating models, and develop training materials.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting HR transformation projects focused on process and technology improvements.
• Designing and implementing global and local process standards for BPO HR services.
• Providing expertise in legal and client discussions regarding process deviations and solutions.
• Leading process improvement initiatives and assessing deviations.
• Developing and maintaining local Target Operating Models and process documentation.
• Supporting training and stakeholder communication.
• Monitoring industry trends and recommending enhancements.
• Serving as escalation point for complex cases and managing change requests.

Minimum experience and skills:

• 5–8 years in HR and Payroll outsourcing within an enterprise BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and compliance.
• Experience managing client relationships and SLAs.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.

Preferred assets:

• Experience in Payroll and BPO environments.
• Certifications like CPP, CPS, CPM.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, HR analytics, automation tools.
