Are you a dynamic HRIS professional with deep expertise in Workday Compensation ? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Workday Consultant to support the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM system, with a strong focus on Compensation modules . You will participate from scratch in the implementation of Workday in a leading European retail company with presence in several countries.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and support the implementation and optimization of Workday Compensation processes
  • Configure and maintain compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus structures, and advanced compensation tools
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ensure data integrity across compensation modules
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams and end-users

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or HRIS Specialist, with a focus on Compensation
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM architecture and configuration
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Workday certification in Compensation is a strong plus
