Formación

As an Expert, you will:

  1. Deal in English and French with international customers based in France.
  2. Sell energy contracts, internet boxes, and home insurance contracts: you will be responsible for selling our services to a wide range of customers. Your strength in persuasion and negotiation will be your main assets on a daily basis!
  3. Receive calls and support customers: you will be responsible for receiving calls, answering customer questions, understanding their specific needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  4. Manage contracts: you will also be responsible for terminating contracts and setting up new ones.
  5. Update the CRM.

About you:

  1. You have a perfect level of English & French.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a sales position.
  3. Empathetic, curious, tenacious, and persuasive, you are an outstanding salesperson.
  4. You are comfortable with computing and hold a NIE or a valid European passport.

Hiring process:

  1. A first call in English & French with Yvanna from the Talent Acquisition team.
