Location : Spain, Germany or Czechia-based (with 100% remote possible)

Contract : Full-time, Permanent role

Salary guide : 55-60,000+ Euro / year

This is a 100% remote position, based in Czechia, Germany or Spain. We welcome applications from anywhere in the EU if you're open to relocation.

About the role

This is a global role , where you’ll be leading the Azure AD service from their IT Center of Excellence . As the Service Manager for Azure AD , you’ll ensure that Azure AD stays secure, well-maintained, and aligned with partners’ agreements and internal security standards. You’ll have a central role in shaping and managing this essential service for the entire enterprise globally.

What you’ll be doing :

• Collaborate with service providers to resolve Azure AD issues, ensuring efficient technical support for escalations.
• Prepare and optimize their infrastructure for seamless cloud operations.
• Keep all services secure by addressing known vulnerabilities promptly.
• Ensure our anti-malware solutions are active and effective across all servers.
• Guide servers through the onboarding process with the Privilege Access Management tool for added security.
• Maintain compliance with internal security standards and group policies.
• Partner with local teams and projects to adjust service use, ensuring it's the best fit for the needs.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve service delivery.
• Track and manage SLAs and KPIs to meet service contract expectations.

Who we're looking for :

• You have at least 3 years of experience in an IT system engineering role in an IAM / Active Directory / Azure AD
• Strong Technology and IT Infrastructure background
• You have experience working in large, global organisations and environments , familiar with complex business processes and working with teams across various regions.
• You have hands-on experience managing or working closely with outsourcing partners and service providers.
• You have a degree in Information Systems or a similar field
• Project Management education and experience
• ITIL v3 certified
• You don't mind occasional travel
