Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Lab Technician I participates in executing laboratory experiments following quality, safety, and environmental rules. He/She performs a variety of tasks, prepares materials, reagents, and equipment, runs laboratory tests and procedures for which he/she has been adequately trained, and performs routine equipment and laboratory maintenance.

This partner primarily interacts with R&D, Quality, and Operations colleagues.
Education
Required: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio in Science or Health-related field, with experience in chemical, biological, or health-related laboratories.
Valuable: Any higher degree related to the above fields; relevant skills and work experience may substitute formal education.
Experience
Depending on the laboratory placement, specific experience may be required in areas like cell culture, molecular biology, biochemistry, lab automation, or clinical analyzers.
Additional Skills
Proficiency in Office tools (Excel & Word), basic knowledge of SAP is valuable.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish or Catalan; basic knowledge of English (reading and speaking).

Sporadic travel or short-term assignments to external labs may be required.
