The Vice President Client Success will be a key member of the CSL and GV Senior Leadership Teams, reporting directly to the President of Celergo Streamline, with a dotted line to the SVP Globalview and SVP Client Success Management. This senior role is responsible for ensuring Global Payroll clients derive maximum value from their relationship with ADP throughout their lifecycle. Success metrics include retention & renewal rates, client references, share of wallet growth, and client engagement and loyalty as measured by NPS.
The VP Client Success will transform existing client relationship teams into one high-performing, scalable team that meets the needs of our Global Payroll clients. She/he will have full accountability for team performance and will maintain high visibility with executive management, requiring mature leadership, change management, and strong people skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build and lead a high-performing Client Success leadership team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience as measured by NPS.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across ADP and partner networks to optimize global client relationships.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement among associates.
- Manage resources and costs to maximize revenue growth, NOI, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement the Client Success strategy in alignment with executive leadership.
- Monitor business performance against plans, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with functional leaders to oversee client loyalty, service, operations, and compliance.
- Supervise all client success associates, focusing on training, coaching, motivation, and development.
- Drive initiatives to improve governance, processes, engagement, and loyalty.
- Challenge established processes and generate innovative solutions.
- Communicate project strategies and secure funding and buy-in from stakeholders.
- Oversee disaster recovery efforts and manage related communications with the Global Security organization.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations, fostering a culture of ownership.
- Leverage global best practices to optimize payroll processes.
- Implement and manage performance metrics and reporting systems.
- Keep leadership informed about progress and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent rollout of initiatives aligned with strategic plans.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Leading a global team of 8 Client Success leaders and 180 associates across multiple locations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA, or higher.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 10 years in leadership, sales, operations, or client management within payroll, benefits, HR, or related services.
- Experience leading multinational teams globally.
OTHER :
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
