Location / Office : Home Office

Start : immediately

Full-time (40 hours / week)

Responsibilities :

• Responsibility for the further development of the Service Division's process and ERP system landscape, with an initial focus on the business in Germany
• Close cooperation with the operating business and the central DIGITAL / IT department of the parent company and other relevant stakeholders
• Committed to driving the development and integration of solutions to improve our (digital) processes
• IT Domain Lead of the Service Business Division, responsible for the conceptual development and coordination of technical implementation between the parent company, division and external partners
• Developing country-specific requirements and supporting the implementation of systems based on the existing system blueprint for the internationalization of our business
• Support for process and IT training & support for the local, operational teams with an initial focus on Germany
• Identification of interesting, application-oriented automation and AI solutions to optimize service business processes

Your Profile :

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, (business) informatics or a comparable course of study with a technical or business administration focus.
• Several years of experience in process and IT architecture, as well as the implementation and / or further development of ERP systems
• Expertise in modern technologies (in particular SAP S / 4Hana is a basic requirement, additional field service management and / or service cloud desirable)
• Experience in the lateral management of IT teams and other internal and external stakeholders
• Strong process thinking, strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex IT topics in an understandable way
• Fluency in English and German
