About Us :
We are a high-growth company seeking an experienced Senior SEA Specialist / Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid advertising strategy—especially across Google Ads . This is a strategic and hands-on role for a performance marketer who thrives on data, automation, and measurable results.
You will take full ownership of our search engine advertising performance, oversee budget allocation, and lead data-driven decisions to drive profitable growth across multiple markets and verticals.
What You’ll Be Responsible For :
- Own the entire lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns : strategy, setup, optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Manage and grow multi-channel PPC campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Socials) with a strong focus on acquisition and ROAS.
- Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies , including remarketing, lookalike audiences, and custom intent targeting.
- Build and maintain conversion tracking infrastructure via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations.
- Implement and iterate complex bidding strategies , such as Smart Bidding, Target CPA / ROAS, and campaign budget optimization.
- Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure ad copy and landing pages are aligned for maximum conversion performance.
- Monitor market trends, test new ad formats, and leverage automation scripts, AI tools, and APIs to streamline campaign management.
- Deliver clear, executive-level performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements :
- 3–5+ years of experience in SEA, with a proven track record of managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns (ideally €20k+ / month).
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager , and conversion attribution models .
- Ability to design and manage data-driven, ROI-positive marketing funnels for different customer journeys.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel, Looker Studio, or similar BI / reporting tools .
- Experience in working within performance-driven environments—SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) . Additional languages are a plus.
- Google Ads certification is a strong advantage.
