Job Description :

The Project Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing activities related to a specific product or group of products, from initial definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. The role involves acting as the central resource coordinating with design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing teams as the product moves through its lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaboration & Interaction : Builds productive internal and external relationships to resolve mutual issues by collaborating on procedures and transactions. Provides standard professional advice and prepares initial reports and analyses for review by experienced team members.
• Complexity & Problem Solving : Handles problems of moderate scope that are often varied and routine, requiring analysis of situations or data considering multiple factors. Uses judgment within established procedures to determine appropriate actions, applying learned techniques and contributing to analysis and investigation efforts. Typically works with minimal supervision on daily tasks and receives general guidance on new assignments.
• Knowledge & Application : Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve various issues, and determines courses of action based on guidelines, modifying processes as necessary.

Qualifications :

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
