Mission of the Job :
Reporting directly to our Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and to ORIX Compliance Team, the person will lead the Global Compliance team (2 people) and oversee the maintenance, updating, and monitoring of the company's compliance program and internal records. Manage risk analysis procedures with both internal and external counterparties. Develop, deliver, and monitor Compliance training courses.
Located in Madrid (Spain) office, the position has a high international exposure, so ENGLISH PROFICIENCY IS A MUST.
Compliance Manager Responsibilities :
REQUIRED EDUCATION : BSc. Law degree and MSc. in Corporate Compliance.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE : At least five years of demonstrable experience as a Compliance Manager / officer in a company within the energy sector, or regulated sector. Global exposure is a must.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE : MS Office (Excel, advance level) World-check tools (Refinitiv, Dow Jones, GRC), Ms Power Point, Ms Word Database management. Compliance certification is highly valued. (CESCOM, CCO, COSO, etc.).
OTHER REQUIREMENTS : English fluent is a must. Please note the recruitment process will be conducted in English.
