As the Head of CRM (Salesforce), you will lead the strategic vision and optimization of Salesforce to drive business growth. Your responsibilities include overseeing system integrations, reporting, change management, and developing a high-performing CRM team. This role requires technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership to enhance process efficiency, data integrity, and automation.

How will you make an impact?

  1. CRM Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement the long-term Salesforce strategy to support GTM teams in increasing efficiency, automation, and data-driven decisions.
  2. Salesforce Optimization: Lead the architecture, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with global sales, customer success, and operations processes.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and product teams to standardize CRM workflows across 13 countries.
  4. Global Process Standardization: Establish best practices for lead management, sales pipeline tracking, customer onboarding, retention, and expansion in Salesforce.
  5. CRM Governance & Data Integrity: Develop policies for data quality, security, and compliance, ensuring integration with external tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Demodesk, and Talkdesk.
  6. Implementation & Change Management: Oversee the global Salesforce migration, ensuring structured rollout, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption.
  7. Reporting & Leadership Visibility: Define KPIs and dashboards for real-time insights into sales and CS operations to aid leadership decisions.
  8. Technical Oversight & Scalability: Manage system configurations, integrations, automation, and API connections to improve efficiency and scalability.
  9. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the Salesforce team, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
  10. Vendor & Budget Management: Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budget for Salesforce and related tools.

What will help you thrive?

  • Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations, preferably in SaaS or multi-market environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to standardize processes while accommodating regional needs across diverse markets.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, automation tools, integrations, and data management.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing executive and operational teams.
  • Experience leading complex CRM migration projects.
  • Salesforce certifications (preferred): Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Architect.
  • Knowledge of connected tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Demodesk, Talkdesk.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
