Fluency in English is essential, and experience in automotive or renewable energy is a plus.

Descripción del empleo

We have an opportunity within our Engineering Department for a Junior Control Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Contributing to the development of our product development line.
2. Extending our current software and control tools (motors, power) to improve existing solutions and create new ones.
3. Supporting the prospecting team in defining project requirements.
4. Executing ongoing projects.
5. Participating in decision-making teams for product development strategy.

Tasks

• Working with internal teams and client parties to identify and define system requirements.
• Researching and developing novel control strategies, including applications such as electronic motors, BMS, VCU.
• Contributing to the design, verification, and validation of product concepts in R&D laboratories.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with more than one year of experience in research and development of power converters.
• Previous experience in software development, controls, and algorithm design.
• A high level of self-confidence, an autonomous, goal-oriented work style, a “can-do” attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to think outside the box.
• Experience in the automotive or renewable energy sector will be positively valued.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Commitment to new challenges and a desire to work in a dynamic, motivated team.
